The Protocol

STRATEGIC INITIALISATION
Open and complete the Strategic Briefing Form. This stage ensures your project's objectives are framed within our logic parameters from the outset, providing the baseline for the Advica Executive Board to review your requirements.

EXECUTIVE AUDIT
Submit your completed documentation to our Partnership Directorate for comprehensive vetting. Our operations team and lead architects conduct a feasibility audit to ensure technical resource alignment and strategic viability within our global delivery framework.

ARCHITECTURAL ALIGNMENT
Qualified project briefs are escalated to a High-Level Architecture Session with our Executive Board. This session serves to finalise the logic framework, validate technical feasibility, and trigger Strategic Activation.
Strategic Engineering Alignment To ensure absolute project integrity, all initial Discovery and Technical Audits are conducted through our Global Engineering Directorate. These are structured, billable workshops designed to eliminate technical debt and provide our clients with a fixed-price, guaranteed delivery roadmap.
