Proven Scale. Enterprise Rigour.

Advica’s engineering is powered by our Global Engineering Directorate, a London-headquartered and NSE-listed digital powerhouse. With 18 years of audited delivery heritage and a 350-strong specialist resource, the Directorate provides the technical 'Engine Room' for Advica’s strategic mandates, ensuring every build is scalable, secure, and engineered to an enterprise standard.

The Verified Portfolio

Our engineering partner has a documented history of delivering mission-critical infrastructure for some of the world’s most respected organisations.

1. 3T Global (High-Stakes Digital Training)

The Heritage:

Client 3T Global provides digital training, learning management, and competency solutions for safety-critical industries (oil & gas, drilling, renewables). Their 3TX platform supports global customers like BP, Chevron and Siemens.

The Impact:

Migrate business-critical workforce, training, and certification data from legacy “Classic” systems into the next-gen 3TX platform. Without downtime, data drift or loss of auditability, while preparing for global scale.

Outcome:

Three-phase migration pipeline: extraction/mapping → repository processing/validation → import & service integration. Contract-based data model: transformed tenant exports into clean, standardised CSVs aligned to 3TX. Event-driven import engine: AWS Lambda + Step Functions trigger updates across services; all events logged in CloudWatch. Resilience measures: data freezes, fallback procedures, standardised formats, controlled test accounts, and detailed entity documentation.

2. Waitlist Me (SaaS & Queue Management)

The Heritage:

Waitlist Me is a queue-management platform designed to improve customer flow, reduce wait times, and enhance service delivery. As demand grew, the company needed to evolve from an MVP into a robust, scalable SaaS solution capable of supporting enterprise-level clients.

The Impact:

With rising user adoption, the existing MVP lacked the infrastructure and features to handle scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The platform also required significant improvements in its iOS and Android apps to meet user expectations and deliver consistent, reliable performance.

Outcome:

Transitioned MVP into a comprehensive SaaS platform with advanced queue-management features. Redesigned iOS and Android mobile apps for improved functionality and customer experience. Implemented cost-optimisation strategies to reduce hosting by 80%. Enhanced scalability and service delivery to support rapid growth and enterprise adoption.

3. Strat-O-Matic (Fantasy Sports & Data Modernisation)

The Heritage:

A leading fantasy sports gaming provider sought to modernise its classic Windows-based platform to reach a broader audience. The goal was to bring its rich historical gameplay into the cloud era while maintaining its core mechanics and authenticity.

The Impact:

The existing desktop platform limited scalability and accessibility. The client needed to migrate to a cloud-based architecture, preserve the game’s core strategy and realism, integrate 150+ years of sports data, and enable multi-device access for players worldwide.

Outcome:

Re-engineered the legacy application into a scalable, cloud-powered gaming platform. Our team: Migrated the entire system to a cloud-native infrastructure Integrated massive historical data for real-time analytics and insights Designed a responsive web interface for all devices Enhanced UI/UX to modern standards while retaining familiar gameplay Optimised data pipelines for superior performance and reduced latency

4. Nomia (Procurement Management)

The Heritage:

Nomia is a global procurement management company specialising in non-strategic spend. Founded in 2016 as Bell Procurement Management and relaunched as an independent business in 2024, Nomia combines deep procurement expertise with AI-powered technology to deliver a service-led, scalable approach to procurement. As the business expanded internationally, Nomia identified an opportunity to evolve its operating model into a modern, AI-driven, digital-first platform capable of supporting global growth, increasing automation, and delivering consistent governance across regions.

The Impact:

Through delivering procurement services at scale, Nomia gained a clear understanding of the complexity involved in managing non-strategic spend. While the existing model delivered strong results, the business identified an opportunity to manage high volume, low value spend in a more intelligent, scalable, and consistent way. To support this next phase, Nomia initially worked with a technology provider during the early stages of the platform’s development. As the platform vision and requirements became more clearly defined, it became apparent that the next stage would benefit from a different delivery approach, with closer alignment to Nomia’s long-term architecture, scalability objectives, and pace of innovation. This led Nomia to engage a partner better suited to supporting the development of a unified, AI-enabled procurement platform.

Outcome:

A modern, digital-first procurement platform designed to scale with the business’s global operations: 1. Unified Procurement Platform Customer, Supplier, and Admin portals delivering end-to-end visibility Centralised workflow, supplier management, governance, and auditability 2. Automation & Operational Efficiency Automated request handling and workflow orchestration Reduced manual hand-offs with standardised global processes 3. AI & Intelligent Insights NLP and LLM integrations unlocking tail-spend visibility and insights AI-powered summaries with foundations for smart routing and supplier matching 4. Scalable Architecture & Delivery Framework Clear roadmap, sprint cadence, and delivery governance Enterprise-ready architecture with versioned evolution and AI roadmap
